Definitely Austin....Its less crowded and lower crime....Property values are strong and so is the economy....Its an artsy town with a lot to offer....

I think Houston has a better international scene, but I think Austin has a better real-estate market. I'd probably go to Austin just because it's more affordable.

Houston all the way! All of my favourite celebrities have came from there and still come back to visit! They absolutely love that place! I wish that I could live there!
