-ROY -played for almost 10 years with smaller equipment, and is the best clutch goalie ever in the history of the NHL.
-DIPIETRO -has really proven him self this year, maybe that contract was a good move will just have to see.
-RICHTER -Miller not even in the same class, Miller not even a top 10 today.
KIPPER- has proven him self in the playoffs, lost in game 7
WARD- yes rookie last year but came threw when it really mattered and won the Stanley Cup with the Canes.
LUONGO- playing with the panthers was considered a top 3 goalie in the world, now he has really turned the Canucks around to a true contender this year.
BELFOUR- Giguere is up and down and is good when he has a team in front of him that's all.
KOLZIG- Kolzig has proven him self for years on a terrible Caps team. one of the top goalies in the past 10 years.
DRYDEN- what can you say, when he needed to win he won it all 6 cup's in 8 years.
SAWCHUK- Sawchuk had the most wins and most SO in league history yes the wins record is gone and Brodeur is chasing the SO record.
ESPOSITO- Summit Series
FUHR- yes he had the offence in front of him but when they needed him he truly shined.
BIRON- Weekes maybe had one real good year, no competition.
THIS IS ALL AT THEIR PRIMES.
GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Brodeur- Stanley cups don't lie
DiPietro- amazing goalie before hit
Miller- Amazing goalie plus he's a hottie
Kiprusoff-can't deny a man his talent
Fleury-solid in shootouts
Luongo vs Hasek is a tie, I can't deny Hasek his talent, even though I wish he would retire and stay that way. But Luongo is having an amazing season and he has a ton of talent.
Giguere
Kolzig
Plante
Sawchuk
Esposito
Emery-improved by leaps and bounds over last year
Biron- has been a great asset to Philly so far and he's another cutie, especially his eyes and accent. luv ya marty

Roy vs. Brodeur. I would prefer Patrick Roy because, the one time these two guys met in the Final, it was Roy, not Brodeur, who stood up and delivered when his team needed him to with a shutout in Game 6 to force a Game 7, which Roy won over Broduer to claim the Stanley Cup. Also, Roy only played to more years after that, so he basically was nearing the end of his career when he beat Brodeur, who was nearing the prime of his career. So, one goalie was at the very end of his career, and the other was getting towards the climax of his, and the guy at the end came out the better of the two. Also, when it comes down to the playoffs, nobody can beat Roy, as he is the only goaltender with over 100 wins in the playoffs, and the only player of any position with 3 Conn Smythe Trophies as Stanley Cup playoffs MVP. Hands down, in the big game, I would choose Roy over Brodeur.

Brodeur, becuase Roy is old and retired.
Lundqvist, because DePietro is overpaid and overrated.
Miller, because Richter is old and retired.
Kipprusoff, because he's better and playoff proven.
Ward, because he has won the Cup.
Luongo, because Hasek is past his prime.
Giguere, because Belfour is WAY past his prime.
Kolzig, because he's one of the best if he had a decent team.
Dryden, because he's not dead.
Hall, becuase he's not dead.
Esposito, because he was better than Giacomin
Emery, because Fuhr is retired.
Biron, because Weekes sucks.
In the fake, pretend world I believe you're proposing:
Brodeur
Lundqvist
Richter
Kiprusoff
Ward
Hasek
Belfour
Kolzig
Dryden
Sawchuk
Esposito
Fuhr
Biron

Brodeur
Lundqvist
Richter
Kiprusoff
Ward
Luongo
Giguere-only because I HATE Belfour
Kolzig
Plante
Hall AND Sawchuk--I know that's cheating but I can't pick between the two. As far as I am concerned they are the two best goalies of all time.
Giacomin
Fuhr
Biron

I don't really know the others, maybe that's because I live in DC, but Kolzig is my HERO. As much as I hate to admit it, the Caps suck. Plain and simple. Kolzig, however, has proven himself time and time again amidst a team that never really wins any games, and I'm depressed that he hurt his knee. We still have Ovechkin, though.
Oh, and at the games, Kolzig's got a really cool chant that everyone knows.
