If I buy milk 2 gallons at a time (at Stater Bros. in So Cal), I can get it for $4.59 for 2 gallons. Gas is $3.15 a gallon, though.

well... after readin' yer question, I went outside to ponder on it. I noticed it shore does smell abit out hee-are. Then I went and checked on ol' Bessie, my milkcow. She was jes sittin' there in the usual spot chewin' on her cud. But when I walked up closer, she got up an stretched (the way cows do) and out her rear-end came a bunch of noisey air, followed by a good ol' fashioned crap. Now.... normally, I wouldn'ta thot any more 'bout that... but suddenly, I realized why I'd come outside in the first place: to ponder yor question! 'Bout that time ol' Bessie turned her neck around to eyeball me, and I realized it was time to milk that ol' gurl. So..... I expect a gallon of GAS is just about equal to a gallon of MILK 'round these here parts! Bourbon County, Kentucky

No, for some reason, which I can not understand, my milk price shot up over $3.10, so it still has about a quarter higher than the gas in Dallas

Gas is $2.69 and a gallon of milk is $3.19. So gas is a bit cheaper yet....I suppose that is only temporary though.....I am in Minnesota.
