She was being very rude and nasty today and had singled out another user, calling her ugly and being very unkind about her appearance (which there was nothing wrong with). The other user had her picture instead of one of the Y! avatars and I think a lot of people were having a go at Cheryl B as well accusing her of "hiding behind her avatar" and not having the guts to put up her picture in case people made similar comments to her.
