any one in the medical field, why it is important to know medical terminology and how?

Because when you get to the documentation part of your health care program or profession you have to know the language since some documentation is done using a lot of various terms and meanings. If you're a nurse or some other professional you have to be able to interpret what a doctor says.

Well very important
A histeroscopy is a camera in womb
A historectomy is the removal of the womb!
and yes Iv'e seen these confused but acted on swiftly

it goes on... but yeah its very important really
