I know, HOW that's formed, but are those shapes telling us something? Like I just rubbed my eyes a few minutes ago and first saw a flower shape, then triangles and circles, but then saw like a hallway of spheres with polka dots on them. I tried to look around to see any type of unusual sign, but there was nothing but shapes. It's kinda like the palm reading thing.

By rubbing your eyes and focucing on the patterns, you are putting yourself in an alpha state, a meditative state that can open up your mind to other realms of conciousness. The shapes themselves are not actually interpreted to have meaning, it is just a state of relaxation similar to meditation that allows ther mind to make connections such as "dreaming true," enhanced intuition, even clairvoiance.

It's not a sign...if I rub my eyes too hard I see little green circles and shapes...just don't push so hard and that won't happen

i used to get that if i rubbed too hard. havent in years and actually its a shame coz they were pretty cool patterns! well nothing wrong with my eyes yet so id say ur ok - just dont rub so hard!
