Yea its called your Scatic nerve or something like that, try to google it, it will tell you the exact pain you are feeling :) I had it as well, im 29 weeks pregnant and the best cure was heading to my chiropractor, he did wonders!!! But i know what you mean, it feels like standing and sitting and going from laying down to standing or whatever is gonna kill you!!! its very very painful. But its common, and really not much can be done about it, Its just the baby putting pressure on that nerve. Try getting on all fours and rocking back and fourth to move the baby around. This worked for me as well. Goodluck!!!

I have upper back pain, located underneath my right shoulder. This occurs because I am often behind a computer at my desk. My doctor suggest warm compresses (impossible during work hours) and also pain patches. They are like band aids and give off a heat-like sensation, calming down any pain I might feel. At night, you should sleep with pillows between your legs. I did that and discovered that once I put a pillow behind me as well, my back pains lessened. My lower back pain is due to my hips adjusting to the baby, which is probably why yours hurts when you walk. I started getting this pain early (I'm really tiny so I must have needed lots of hip stretching!) and have found that it doesn't seem to ever go away! Hope my experiences can help you out a little.

The only advice I have is wear a good pair of comfortable shoes. I went months wearing a pair of crappy shoes when I was pregnant and putting up with backpain because I didn't think I could releive it. As soon as I got a good pair of shoes the pain stopped. And obviously don't spend to much time standing everyday.
