I had a very nasty cramp that lasted about 10 min along with wrap around back pain like I had when I went in to labor with my daughter. I don't think Im pregnant now but could that be a sigh that I could be too??? Im on the shot. I also feel very bloated and gassy too.

Sometimes it can cause your uterus to cramp - sounds like it did. But the fact that it lasted like 10 minutes AND you got back pain is kind of concerning. If that had happened to me I would get myself to the gyno to talk it over with her. I've had some cramps after orgasms before but not that intense. And I'm sure it was not analogous to the feeling of labor.

It could be he just hit the cervix wrong and that will cause a serious spasm! And yes it hurts like child birth. Some woman who have a titled uterus (normal) experience this more than woman who have a cervix in the normal position. You can try to use a different position or not going as deep. If you think you might be pregnant, I would test. Also, birth control can cause extreme sensitivity due to the extra hormones we are given. So, if your not pregnant you may just want to take easy next or you may find that it was just a one time occurrence. If you are still worried then by all means call your doc and discuss it with him/her. I hope this helps.

If you are very gassy and bloated, is it possible you are constipated as well. Constipation can be VERY painful and cause the exact symptoms you are speaking of. This probably has very little to do with the orgasm. Take a laxative.
