Nothing is helping, as far as medicines are concerned. I'm sneezing every fifteen minutes, can't breathe out of my nose, and I refuse to take any meds that are not approved by my doctor.
Any alternative treatment would be terrific. I've gone through a whole box of Kleenex, and that's just so far... TODAY!
Please help???

Saline nose drops are safe. Have you asked your doctor about Claritin? You can get it over the counter now, and the store brands are just as good. Your doctor should be able to give you a list of what is safe to take.

get some baby vapor bath and sit and soak in the tub............it will help you breath for a little bit a least
