I dont eat beef so its hard for me to go to fast food places. I get tired of chicken easily. Would you eat at a turkey fast food place surving things like, turkey lasangna, turkey legs and wings, turkey spagetti, turkey hamburgers, dirty rice with turkey, turkey patties, turkey meatloaf...things in that way. If you wouldn't eat there pls tell the truth because I am thinking of opening one. Also this is equally as important, would you shop at a strickly drive thru convinience store? I guess most benefited would people with young babies who dont like taking them in and out of the car. Thanks guys...Muah!

I would. I work at a diner and all I eat there beside breakfast type foods is the fresh turkey. They sub turkey for chicken. So their chicken soup is really turkey soup and the chicken salad is really turkey salad. The customers don't even notice the difference because it is fresh turkey not deli stuff. If I go to Wendy's I eat their deli sandwiches sometimes when I don't want a burger. I like to be able to sit somewhere but a drive-thru is a must for those who only have short lunches or want to take food home. If the food is good, the business will grow. My daughter is 3, so she won't sit still for longer than 20 minutes. So if you are targeting families, go with fast service.

I definitely would and I think it's a great idea. I have thought about this just recently, wondering why there are no ground turkey items on fast food menues, for instance. I don't eat beef and when I do make a burger at home, I use ground turkey. You can hardly tell the difference but it's so much leaner. I do think there's a huge market for it, especially for women, and dieters in general.

I don't think Turkey-Only would work, but having several items of it on a menu that includes all the other choices could really take off, I think.

I really try to stay away from all beef and sometimes I run into the same problem at fast food with only chicken and I think fast food fish is the grossest thing in the world, besides it always deeprfried! I would loovvee to have turkey options on the menu, most people probably can't tell the difference. I use ground turkey to cook with and my b/f has no idea that it is not beef, then again he will eat anything put in front of him! Good luck on opening a store selling turkey products! make sure you come to Michigan!!

Turkey fast food place? Who ever thought of that? Well, you might be successful, but I don't know too many people who like turkey. And I have a question. What happened to veggies? It doesn't have to be a meat only place. In fact, you'll only get non-veg people. You can also get veggie people to come by adding salad or whatever to the menu. Plus, you are not the only person eating the food if you own a restaurant. It is your customers. Even if you get tired of eating chicken, your customers probably won't. Chicken. Add it to your menu. You can also add turkey to your menu because some people do eat turkey. Plus a lot of people eat beef even though you don't. You can add it, but since you don't eat it, you might not feel comfortable with you selling it. But remember, just cause you don't eat something, your customers won't not eat it. Also you could add a veggie burger to your menu. Then you could add a beef burger, a veggie burger, a chicken burger and a turkey burger. So your menu could include-

Chicken Burgers e.t.c.
Turkey Burgers e.t.c.
Beef* Burgers e.t.c.
Veggie Burgers
Veggies e.t.c.

I wrote e.t.c. a bunch of times because you could make your own dish out of the meat and veggies. If you be creative, people will come to your restaurant because they want YOUR dish. Not just a burger from anywhere and they just happen to pop in because you are the closest. Just think. Would you get more customers by making ordinary things or special dishes?
You could also have regular dishes so you can get the people who just happen to pop in too. Also, if you have irregular dishes, those people might try one and those people will turn into people who come specially for your dishes instead of just wanting a regular burger.
Hope my advice helps!

No, I can't even stand turkey bacon.
The few times I eat turkey is usually when I have to choke it down on Thanksgiving.
I tried to buy turkey cold cuts but they usually have too much salt processed in them.
I can't handle heavy beef anymore and I eat chicken, fish, tuna, pork and sometimes a turkey sandwich at Subway.

If I saw that place I'd go there. It sounds cool, like a good idea. I don't think it would be massively popular, but then again who's to say? I think as long as everything is done properly, it should be successful.

I don't like the idea of a drive-thru convenience store. I can't see that being successful, just dirtying up the environment with cars idling. To me, it's almost the opposite of the first idea. The first one sounds like a healthy idea, the second like a destructive one.

I'd eat at a turkey place, esp. if it had ground turkey, like you mentioned. You know, some restaurants serve turkey burgers. I could be wrong, but I think Ruby Tuesday does. Good stuff..

Nope, the only turkey that I will eat is the one that I buy from the grocery store and cook myself! I know that I may sound kind of weird, but when it comes to meat especially,I am usually the only one who know how to cook it thoroughly, unlike some of the nasty fast food restaurants that are out there! Plus, have you seen SOME of the people who are doing the cooking at fast food restaurants? EWW! When I see that someone has greasy hair, green teeth, dirt caked fingernails, and scabs all over their arms,I run out of the restaurant as fast as I can,EEEKK!! :-(

If i dont tell people when the come to my bbq and tell them later they couldnt believe it were all turkey. But i guess the sound of it sounds nasty. Wow!! Come to my town i eat there alot..
