Awesome! That was an incredible movie with Robin Williams! I bawled my eyes out. I love that idea too that you create your own Heaven (or Hell) based on your own feelings, ideas, needs etc. I'm an artist so I could relate to that movie a great deal as well. I can imagine waking up in one of my paintings. I'd love to be greeted by beloved pets & loved ones that passed away. The vision of Heaven that they show in the film is breathtaking. I'd be happy to spend eternity there. I would also be happy to be living in Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany (I went there once, it's amazing, a white castle on a mountaintop. The inspiration for Disney's fairytale castle). There's something about being on a mountain/clifftop that's so peaceful. Algonquin Park is also a beautiful place. Basically any landscape filled with trees, hills, mountains, lakes. But Heaven is a state of mind not an actual place. When our bodies drop away our spirit lives on in a state of bliss (Heaven) or torment (Hell). I picture it being like living in a beautiful dream that you never wake up from...

First of all I love the book What Dreams May Come!!!! As far as the afterlife, I would love to live like a bird without predators just flying through nature and singing my song and socializing with my other free spirits. My favorite thing to do when I can, just be without responsibility, is just sit and feel a warm wind on my face, sway and move with the wind, watch and listen to the birds and just live in that moment.

"What dreams may come" has it just right, as far as i can see it / or hope...so dont fear, when you are ready, the answer will find you. Maybe you should use this question as a medation and see what other answers you can come up with? Just remember, we have our future within us, dynamically alive at this present moment. and as we dream so shall we become.

Life very much like life is today, but without the disease and pain and death. This is a wonderful life, just as we see it and experience it. To have a life without struggle wouldn't be much fun. It's the struggle that makes it all wonderful and terrific.

i would take on the role of observer. live out eternity watching the world and its people. learn everything there is to learn. see everything their is to see. however, be passive and impotent. i do not want to be able to affect the world but rather allow it to take its course, unaffected by my thoughts and actions.
