Yes, actually. My sister had a reduction and a lift, no implants. All they do is remove and repostion the nipple/areola upward (to a perky position)and get rid of the extra skin. It's very painful, and you will have noticeable scarring.

yes you can, but it will leave more scarring than implants. With breast lift, they use an achor-like incision, whereas with implants they use a minimal incision.

Well you do gets creams these days that have the same results as implants so you might wish to use them. Try AVON products.

Yes. If you talk to good plastic surgeon they can keep scarring minimal. I have looked into having it done because I have big enough breasts but they are not perky.
