I'd love to see it. One user is right though it is too late for 2008. Maybe for the next election.
I vote for Winona Laduke. She already ran for VP with Ralph Nader and has a good grip on politics. She said she wasn't likely to run though. Who else are good candidates? Maybe Wilma Mankiller?
I'm a Native woman. I doubt a Native will ever get elected. America would be too afraid that he/she would take all the land back, haha.

I wouldn't mind seeing one but its too late for 2008. If you got a good active Native American then push for the 2012 or 2016 election and just start getting them known now.

I do not want to see a Native American run. Nor a Black, Yellow, Brown, Female or Male. I want a person with solid core values who will be the best person for the job. As Americans, we should not care what color, or sex they are.

Personally, i always thought the native americans should just take back america, the way the jewish nation 'took back' israel. Then it would be interesting to see how american support for israel holds up!!
