The comic has been well-received in the past year and a half, so I am sure it is possible. There has not been, however, any mention of it in Wizard. Marvel is all about making super hero movies right now, so don't be surprised to see it in the works. Who knows, maybe they can introduce She-Hulk in the Hulk sequel!
