Yes, it's possible if you have a microphone and of course speaker to hear the recording.
How: go to Sound recorder if you're using Windows Xp under Accessories- Entertainement. then record your voice.
After you recorded, you need to convert the sound file to mp2 files using cooverter software. Just go to tucows.com or download.com and search for mp3 converter or sound converter

of course u can
if u have JetAudio player, it gives u all the facilities.
u can get the free version at cowon site (the manufactureres of JetAudio).
and if u dont, record ur voice by ur sysem's voice recorder,it will create a wav file.
then convert it to mp3
Xing mp3 converter works for me.
try searching google for "free wav to mp3 converters"

You can record your voice, using sound recorder as a wav file and then convert it to mp3.
