MAX Factor has Pancake Water activated makeup what i wana know is does it cause brakeouts ?

cuz i hear lots of people telling me that water based foundation is not good

Water activated makeup is actually sometimes better for your skin than other kinds but because it is water based getting it wet causes it to rub off easily. If you want a foundation that you know won't make you break out I suggest using something that is hypoallergenic and noncomegenic I use CoverGirl Clean Oil Control liquid makeup and Clean pressed powder which will control shine.

hypo allergenic doesn't necessarily mean it won't cause a reaction, it just means that it caused less than 40% of the test group to have a reaction. Take the plunge and spend a little bit more on your makeup. Cheaper makeups are made with cheap ingredients and harsher chemicals, which are always more likely to cause breakouts.

Any makeup could cause you to break out. Look for one that's HYPO allergenic. That means it has less chance of causing a reaction. I like Almays products for this very reason.

i used to use the pancake foundation, it was really good & provided a nice coverage...in my opinion it was better than a lot of other foundations because it didn`t have a lot of oils, minimizing breakouts

i used it before and it didnt break me out but it was no good to me i didnt like it. it didnt cover as good as the other stuff and it made my face feel chalky.
