you have to do three things
1. in one window, go to ripzor.com/youtuberipper.html
2. in another window, run youtube and click your desired video, copy the link from the address bar (such as www.youtube.com/............................ ) and then paste on the window in step 1, there is a box.......................... and the click the tab "get video" next to it. then chose the format like FLV or AVI or MPEG or so on. then click and download the video to ur desired location.
3. download FLV player from internet and then playthe video with it.
with the site ripzor.com you can be able to download videos from other sites like google video, ifilm.com, break.com and few other sites.

go to http://keepvid.com there they give u the link to download the video, also they give u the link to download an flv player, which u`ll need...
