Harvest Moon:Another Wonderful Life?

what are all the buildings i can unlock becuse im missing 1

Ther is alot of them, and even after two years i havent figured out howto get the last one, but im sure u can go to any site and it will tell you. but the unlockables are:
Chicken Coop
Milking Room
Food Processing Room
Seed Maker
Pond
Dog House
Very Fertile Land, or Large Feild, somthing like that. its the last one. did i forget somthing...

If its the same as A Wonderful Life, the building next to the chicken coop cannot be unlocked. Apparently the developers were going to do something with it but due to time constraints couldnt.
