Have read many pros and cons concerning this phone. Can someone who owns this phone give me a honest opion on what they really think of it. Is it all hype or is it a good phone?

I have the red razr from Sprint. The phone is fine. It does what most other phones do. I was upset that the camera quality is poor and it doesn't have a flash. Navigation on the menus is somewhat sluggish (i.e. you scroll through the contacts and it takes the phone a few seconds to respond)
I do like being able to upload my own photos and music to the phone. But I don't think it does anything that other phones can't do. I think the "Chocolate" phone (by verizon?) has more cool features.

It has many cons with a few pros. If you like the RAZR design, look into the Motorola V3xx. It has a new operating system that moves through the menu's a whole lot better. The remaining con is that it is not a very stable phone, breaks easily if you do not care for it properly. Def. get the insurance.

I have this phone and it works fine. My service is with Alltel wireless and it dose make a different s with what service you have. Just because it's a Razr, don't think it's going to work with the service you have or thinking about getting.
The best thing to do is ask other people, just like here, an see what they have to say.

It depends on your provider. The technology on the phone varies from provider to provider. I have one from Verizon and the only prob I had was the phone stopped taking a charge. I took it to the local store and the upgraded it. No probs since. I've had it for over a year now and I love it.

I,ve got the V3 had it 5mths i find it acracking phone
to use.When you download the disk that comes
with it it,s a piece of cake to link with your pc
so you can download virtually anything you want
texting easy as is the phone to use

i own the phone is all hype the phone is a piss of donkey crap. get an LG or somethign else steer away from this crappy phone

I Have a Razr from US Cellular, and I've had No problems with it.
