well 1st off don't put to much fate into people so they wont let you down ... hope for the best but expect the worst ,,, no other human being in this world should effect you so much that it makes you sad ! & if that didn't help take a long walk with a dog now. they don't call them mans best friend for nothing ! good luck Hun :o)
