I think that the funniest stand-up I've ever seen is Dane Cook's Tourgasm. I've seen both his act on HBO and the Tourgasm DVD, both are extremely funny even though the DVD is mainly behind the scenes stuff yet it's still very funny. The funniest movie I've ever seen is probably either Anchorman, The Wedding Singer, The Benchwarmers, or The Wedding Crashers. All of these are very funny movies.

The film Love, Honour and Obey with Ray Winstone.
Got to be the funniest ever.
Mostly the same cast as Operation Good Guys on TV. Also hilarious.

Billy Connolly is one of the greats, especially the incontinence pants sketch and the 'giant ants ar eatin ma heed!!!' As for films I think I prefer some of the older ones, blazin' saddles, hear no evil see no evil.

Not sure this one of the choices but the funniest stand-up I ever saw was Don Rickles in Las Vegas. This was shortly after the LA riots, of course there was a black couple, an asian couple, a hispanic couple etc. all in the front row. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe.
