I've wondered that often. I never manage to get out of there with everything I need, maybe if I have a list, I might come close. I avoid going there now if I can.

No. They just continuously rearrange the store so you have to look everywhere for what you want. The confusion distracts in into buying all the other crap and forgetting what you really came in for.

Yeah, I think they do. And there's also something that makes you think you're getting a real bargain, only paying a buck or so more than it costs at Krogers or Penneys.
