Dont' wear something new that you aren't sure will still be comfortable two hours later!!

Wear one of your nicer outfits that you feel really good in!! Wear your hair in a nice up-do....or in a way that you are comfrotable with!!

You are going to want to look nice for pictures.....but you don't want to be so caught up in that outfit that you forget comfort. Have a great time....wear clothes you think your pregnant body looks FABULOUS in....and celebrate that baby!!

I always picture a commercial from t.v., dont remember what it was about, but the lady was wearing the cutest maternity outfit I have ever seen. www.mimimaternity.com is a great place to get ideas for clothing and they have stores across the nation if you find something you like and don't want to order it. They are probably pricey though so if it's not what you had in mind, at least the site can inspire you and you can buy stuff some other place. I think the outfit that pops up when you first enter the website is perfect for a baby shower and is absolutely beautiful.

it will depend on how far along you are and how much you are showing. My sister in law wore this pair of floaty kind of wide legged pants. And a cute floral tanktop. It was rather warm in Indianapolis last summer. She looked very comfy, glowing and like she was ready for a walk on the beach.

What you can wear depends how far along you are in your pregnancy. You might be lucky and have plenty of clothes that fit that you can wear to the shower. If not, buy something closer to the date.

A jumper. All women who swallowed a basketball look cute but neat in jumpers (I used to wear them and summer dresses when I was waddling) I hated maternity clothes and they still fit after I went back to my usual weight because of the way they are tailored to fit.
