A lot seem to have the same results so none seem that deadly, but I would have to say some of the more seriously damaging ones would would be "Triple H's Pedigree" and "Christian's Unprettier" on a hard surface of some sort.
But I'd say one of the most serious injury related-ones would be Brock Lesnar's F-5 move into a steel ring post.
