I hate it when one's on a shelf by itself, and it shifts suddenly, like the creepy little thing's trying to move or speak....ick.

Yes.
My mom collects dolls. One night when I was about 10 we had family visiting and we watched the movie "Dolls". Basically the dolls go around killing people. So, that night I had to sleep in the Doll Room, because the relatives were sleeping in my room. So, my mom had about 10 of those creepy guys. Of course there the shelves and floors were basically lined with over 200 dolls. Lets just say I did not sleep that night and the light was never turned off.

Not as much as back in my more indulgent days! Those are all out of my system now. LOL
I do have a friend who to this day is creeped out by dolls coming to life a la Child's Play or Puppet Master.

Yes I am, I don't like the old porcelain dolls either. Especially the ones made with real hair.

No, the dummies don't freak me out. What freaks me out is the adult with their hand up the dummy's butt. I know it's not a real person, but that's still just not right.
