What's a hymen? I am 52 years old and am not sure I know. It is a mystical membrane that must be protected from injury as proof positive that a girl is 'chaste'. At all costs this bit of magical tissue must be present or a girls whole being has no value. So never ride a bike, horse, play rough or use a tampon. If you do anything that may damage this wonderous bit of flesh you will be scorned and discarded. I don't think I ever had one. Only heroines in romance novels have hymens.

Most hymens can stretch enough to let a tampon by, they make slim tampons like tampax satin teen specificaly for that reason, but even if you stretch or even break it, it's worth it to use tampons. Tampons are 271634 times better than pads. Once you use them you will wonder how you ever did without them. You still use pads at night and on light days, but the heavy days are when pads are by far the most annoying and tampons are a godsend for those. Tampons are very very useful and your hymen really isn't, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

The short answer is: YES. But, you are still technically a virgin (if that is your concern), EVEN IF the hymen is broken. It can even happen with girls who ride on horses, because of the extreme contact pressure that occurs from riding. Until the day comes that you have been ACTUALLY penetrated by a penis, you are still considered a virgin. So, no worries.

ye but so can many other things like sports,dance,or even horse back rideing but there is nothing wrong with it being broken
