Some Israelis do horrible things, I agree. It is not all of them though. I think that it is not fair what the Israeli troops do to the Palestinians and get away with. That is NOT fair.
I don't know about supporting the real terrorist organizations though. I would not do that. I would support the human rights organizations that are trying to help the Palestinians though.
To the hateful people that are making fun of his English...He said he lived in LEBANON!!!

About Rachel Corrie: everyone has heard of her. Reuters made a huge stink about it. Take a look at the photos: the bulldozer was armored and the driver couldn't see her. Have you heard of Angelo Frammartino? He was also a young person who came to help the Palestinian youth; he was killed by a Palestinian. Reuters didn't say a word, and I bet you couldn't find him as easily as Corrie on google. To the question: why would you give to help Northern Lebanon? It was Southern Lebanon and Northern Israel who were hurt by the bombs - those being thrown by Hezballah and those being dropped by Israel. Yes, an attack by Israel was planned in advance, not a year, but 4 months, because bombings by Hezballah and by Hamas from Gaza were increasing since the pullout of Israel from settlements. Is Hezballah defending Lebanon? Or are they a guest who has overstaid their welcome in a country that is too centrally politically weak to toss them out? If they weren't there, Leb. wouldn't have anything to worry about from Israel.
About the numbers of Palestinians dying in the conflict: during the war last summer, Hez. dropped a bomb on Nazereth and killed 2 Arab children; they said they did it, and then said it was a sad fact of a war fora bigger cause and that they would be added to the list of martyrs "for the cause". Just a proof that a lot of the numbers of Pal. killed are those killed by other Palestinians, not Israelis.
If you read David Lambs The Arabs, which was a pro-Arab look at the Middle East, he explains that even if Israel didn't exist in the M.E. there would still be war and poverty here. So, let's look at Iraq - do you think the Iraqi people hung him because they wanted to prove something to the West? Isn't it more likely they did it because he murdered thousands of Marsh Arabs and Kurds? It's time for everyone in the M.E. to start thinking of each other as equal human beings. Blaming it all on Israel isn't going to solve the problem.
BTW, if you ever feel like the world is against the Arabs, read the British newspapers - they are as much pro-Arab as much of the US media is pro-Israeli. However, that won't solve your problem. As an educated and intelligent citizen of Lebanon, it's your responsibility to help your country create a stronger government, one that will lead your people where you want to go, so that you are creating your own future, not letting it happen to you. It's going to be so hard for you, because you are a mix of peoples, not like Saudi Arabia that can be so peaceful because everyone is of the same background and religion; but you can do it. Stop looking at Israel to blame and Palestine to support, and start taking responsibility for your own interests. Beirut was once the Pearl of the Med.; everyone in Israel would be so happy to have a peaceful and prosperous nation on their border.

you're right, Israel is a terrorist state funded by America in fact we give Israel over 15 million USD daily. They are committing genocide against the Palestinians and stealing land, bulldozing their homes. Look up Rachel Corey who was an American peace activist in Palestine whom the Israeli soldiers ran over with a bulldozer and that wasn't good enough, they went in reverse and ran over her again. How many Americans have heard this story???????
Thank God for Hezbollah! Hezbollah is not a terrorist organization, they are a legit fighting force in Lebanon who had already defeated Israel once and now they've defeated them again. The war was not due to the Israeli soldiers kidnapped it was planned with bush 1 year prior to the war.
People need to read up on the Zionist movement in Israel.

I don't live over ther so I can't say what is and what is not going on but there are two sides to every story. If you want to get historical then you have to realize that both groups go so fsar back in that region that it is not even worth arguing about. Thousands of years is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is, is that you both have to make some compromises and stop resorting to violence. Innocent women and children are dying on both sides.

A brief look on You Tube will show dozens of videos of instances such as coffins falling down with the guy getting up from inside and running away, and the same injured person being in many places, etc.
At least Israel doesn't fabricate its stories.
