heres one: the main character is a test subject for this big powerfull company. he/she escapes and takes revenge, but the company uses their experimental bio-weapons (could be zombies) they turn on the company and kill everyone and break out and spread throughout the city. then the main character needs to escape while killing the experiments.
so if thats good you should end the game with a big bang like a big neuclear explosion.

depends on what kind of genre game and type you're looking at creating. I think a game in the arcade style of the LOTR games set in Medieval warfare would be badass. One where you can ride horses, fight on ships, lead troops, while buidling up your state.
