First, check the original package or invoice to see if there is a return address. Then try calling the company directly. If you can't find a phone number on the paperwork you have, try looking them up on the web.
Then, as a last resort, if you can't get any satisfaction from them, call your credit card company(I am assuming you paid that way), and place a complaint against the company.
You will have to follow that up with a written letter including invoices, receipts, etc, so be sure to ask who to mail the letter to in the credit card company.
This company sounds like a possible fraudelent online scheme. Better to also complain to the BBB of the city they are listed in.
Finally, if you still can't get satisfaction, contact the Attorney General of your state.

I need to be careful with the answer on this one because I am not sure the country rules are the same but I think you can can go to the BBB that the other answers have specified but I think you can also speak to your credit card company - I think they can help you as well. You will maybe be insured for this sort of thing or the credit card company can recall the payment, they can in the UK.

If you have any idea where they are, you can contact the BBB in that area to see if they have any information.

Hopefully you paid for the item by credit card - contact your credit card company and explain the situation to them. Be prepared with proof of the return policy: screen shots, or whatever else you can find.

Good luck. That's a tough problem.

Have you tried calling them? Look for a telephone number and call that if they aren't responding to emails. Also, you could contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint...they will attempt to contact the company too.

Not much you can do besides contact your local Consumer Protection Office.
Did the package you received have a "shipper" address ?

Also ... contact your credit card company & deny payment of the fee they charged. That will get their attention.
