i have a sony erricson w300i on t mobile, the phone deleted all my text messages, and now when i send a text one of the deleted ones comes back but in the wrong order and under the wrong sender name!!! anyone know whats goin on?

Sounds like a software glitch on your phone. Hope that it is still under guarantee, so that you can get it fixed/replaced.

Oh dont know sounds most odd have you tried tuning it off taking battery and Sim out for 5 Min's then put back in and turn on? If no good take to dealer to sort out, hope its still under grantee

try pulling the battery out while the phone is still powered on. this gives it a hard reset. if it's still messed up, it's a warranty issue -if it is under a year old and no other physical damage to the phone.

i would advise you to either do a master reset although pls bare in mind though that you will lose any numbers photos music etc that you have stored so you must back these up first alt check with operator as you may just require an update to you phone.

sounds like you have a bad phone best thing you could do is if you have had the phone for less then one year is contact sony request a replacment

software problem 90% of phone problems these days are software problems as they are nade so fast these days, take ti back to the retailer you got it from and they should send it off to get it fixed
