Go here to get instructions for using "Smitfraudfix" to remove Spylocked or other Smitfraud fake alerts. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic85376.html
Complete malware removal guide:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum55.html

SpyLocked, which recently changed its name to SpywareLocked, is the latest in a series of fake anti-spyware, or rogue anti-spyware, programs. These programs are being distributed through sites hosting Zlob Trojans, which are malware that disguises themselves as a video or audio codec that you need to download and install in order to use a particular video or audio file. In reality, though, when you install these Trojans, they will instead show fake security alerts and install the SpyLocked or SpywareLocked program on to your computer.

When SpyLocked and SpywareLocked are downloaded to your computer by a Zlob trojan, they will automatically start and act as if they are scanning your computer. They will then provide a list of grossly exaggerated and fake results including the actual Zlob Trojan that installed it in the first place. SpywareLocked and SpyLocked will then prompt you to purchase the full commercial version of the software before you can remove these items. This is a complete scam, and the results are a tactic used to scare you into purchasing their software. Needless to say, do not purchase them.

After running the Smitfraudfix, follow up with the final removal and cleanup by using the programs and instructions below.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
http://www.superantispyware.com/

Remove temporary files, logs, cookies, etc. by using Ccleaner. Do not use "Advanced Settings" or the "Issues" button. Use only the default settings. This will make your scans faster. Run the cleaner again after you are malware free.
http://www.ccleaner.com/

Turn off system restore. This will remove all restore points since some are infected and will make scanning quicker. Turn system restore back on after you are malware free.

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/

to remove the spyware/trojan/virus run steps 1-2-3

1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=4 do that now .Update it (Latest updates 21-3-2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode

1b) Run AVG Anti-Spyware Free

2) Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

As most people have already stated, you need to run some sort of spyware software in addition to AVG. I'd recommend taking a look at either Ad-aware ( http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php ) or Spybot - my personal favorite ( http://spybot.com/en/download/index.html ), both of which are free and pretty good. Either of those pieces of software in addition to your AVG should do the trick

YOu don't have any problem that AVG will recognize. YOu have spyware and adware. To get rid of these you need these 2 free:

Ad-Aware SE
Spybot Search & Destroy

Good Luck

AVG antivirus does not protect against spyware (which is what you have). Use the following tools to scan for and remove it, and to keep yourself protected in the future:

Spyware Tools:

I use Zone Alarm. The Best! You can customize it and it works great. So far it has blocked over 500 attacks and 200 viruses.
Send me your email address and I tell you where to get it.
I will also provide you with an active registration # so you do not have to pay.
