As a woman I say tell her and pretty early into the relationship. I don't know if you always need it or not but I am married to a man that is 17 years older than me and he uses it ocassionally just for a little boost. It does not bother me. What would bother me, if I did not know and I may not be as energectic one night or up to a really long session and I would get a complex if I thought my partner was just that good at lasting and having libido longer than me and I did not know that he had help being that way. It would effect my self esteem I think at some point because sooner or later we all just "want a quickie" and thats it and I know with the pill it lasts and lasts usually so I might doubt my own abilities if I did not know. Honesty is usually the best answer.

If you care about this woman, honesty is always the best policy. Take her out for a nice meal and tell her then, I wouldn't tell her during sex.
