use limewire or ares you could listen to any song you want

you can download it using a bittorrent client such as limewire or warez.
limewire is the simplest because you don't need to now your IP address or anything out of the ordinary.
also if the artist has a myspace you can listen to most of the cd there, and before the release date some artists will put their entire cd on their website.
