Why does Hillary Clinton consistently sound like she's trying to yell?

Every time I hear her voice at a speech or rally or whatever it sounds like she is trying to yell but can't quite get it out.

Frustration. She is losing her audience and is trying to be heard. Or is she just trying to herd her sheeple?

Probably about 15, she went through puberty, but every day since she is in her cups and the cramps from her period never end.

Also, think of all the rage and oppression she suffered through during the eight years she was President. She never saw Bill in the nude since leaving the Governor's mansion in Arkansas.

The woman is backed up. I don't think she's been intimate in a very long time. It's her sexual frustration fighting to be released.
