My 00 Mitsubishi Galant has suddendly stopped doing the autolocks?

When I accelerate to 20mph the locks locked automatically but now it doesn't do it anymore.

the system likely lost coding...the owners manual should tell you how to reset the system using the key fob

Check your owners manual you may have changed the remote mechanism by mistake. Or there may be a blown fuse or vacuum house problem.
