One of my neighbors has very explicit porn painted on the back of his truck. I am amazed that this is legal, but I would assume that some police officer somewhere has seen it. It is really hard to miss.

I am all for free speech, but I really don't think my children or myself should be forced to view pornography. My daughters are very embarrassed and refuse to invite any of their friends over (the truck is parked on the street) because of this. His right to to view porn (although he can't see it where it is) is really interfering with my right to not view porn. Or do I not have that right?

Is there anything I can do? Who would I complain to?

I am all for freedom of speech, yet when that comes to affecting others, and especially kids then that must be stopped.
The Supreme courts ruled it a local valves on what is porn or not. Yet public things are easy to make decisions on.
I would call the police and file a complaint.
Get neighbors to sign a complaint also with you.

And then there always the odd lost can of spray paint that went off by itself to cover the painting.

Good luck on this.
