So my boyfriend and I have been kicking around baby names the past 3 years that we've been dating. We are currently getting into the issue of keeping my last name, Ford, as a part of the baby's name.

So what do you think about the name:

Harrison Ford Cowan.

I used to babysit a kid named Harrison Ford Naff, and I thought it was cute. I just wanted opinions.

That name is great! It flows together well. If you need a middle name, here are some suggestions:

Harrison Grant (my cousin's name)
Harrison Marcus
Harrison John
Harrison Jack
Harrison Andrew

I think that Harrison is a wonderful name. I would probably leave Ford off though because it is the name of a car. Names should really be useful, not just something cute. This child could be a doctor, teacher, lawyer, or even baseball star. Have you thought about naming him after your boyfriend?
You are on the right trach but you need to keep trying.

Harrison Ford is a very good name
I understand that Ford is for your last name
The only problem I see is Harrison Ford the movie star
Some people might think you name your son after him
I understand you like Harrison, and Ford is for you, and they have nothing to do with the movie star
Good luck
Congratulations

I think that Harrison Ford Cowan is GREAT! It sounds very strong, confident! I love the name Harrison for a boy, and even Ford, but I know that that is your last name!!

I guess you are trying to pick boy names. One is Ethan Ford, or Eric Ford, or Drake Ford. Some girl ones are Kendra Ford, Rebecca Ford,Rosa Ford,or Virginia Ford, or Brigette Ford.
Good Luck

Personally I would never name my child the same name as a celebrity, even if has nothing to do with the actor.

Hmm, that's kinda cool. If you don't mind everyone thinking you named your child after the actor, go for it.
