I think that they are good ol' durable trucks if they are fixed properly, I'm a lover of the old 4x4 pickups myself.

They made some models that did not have hubs that unlocked . It stays in 4wd all the time . You could add the lock/unlock components to make it functional or leave it in constant 4 wheel drive .

There wasn't a 2WD option in those trucks so the truck ran in 4WD all the time.

3/4 ton full time 4x4, not worth your time for that worn out thing unless its for parts
