I exercise 4 to 6 times a week between two different gyms. I go to Curves for Women 2 to 3 times a week. You can find a Curves almost anywhere; it' s an international gym. Curves is a 30 minute cardiovascular and weight training program that works the whole body. I have been a member for 3 and a half years. This past December I decided to exercise more and add variety with Planet Fitness.
I go to Planet Fitness (national gym) 2 to 3 times a week and do bike, elliptical, or treadmill for 30 minutes. Sometimes I mix up my cardiovascular workout. I also workout my abs there and lowerbody or upperbody.
My advice: Find what you think would be fun. If you never worked out before try 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Maybe start at Curves if you like this gym???

Yes, I go to the gym 5 days a week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays I go to Step Aerobics/Toning class. Tuesdays and Fridays I use the equipment, play racquetball and tan. Ive been doing it for 4 1/2 weeks now and lost 24 pounds. I'm on a roll!

I go to the gym 5 days a week. Mon-Fri. I go on the tredmill 2 times at 30 min intervals. and in between I might do some crunches and lift some weights. Play racketball.

Everyday. I start out with 30 mins on the elliptical machines, then run a few laps, depending on how tired I am. Then I'll do another 20-30 mins on weights. :)

Sure do. Most of the time the fork is heavier than the spoon, but tonight I'm going to be having stew. It's a real work out if you do it too long.

Yes I do! I do Tae Bo! Billy Blanks really does kick your @$$!! I do that at least 3 times per week and I walk at least 4 days out of the week!
