Yes they can eat them and will but they definately should not have them. Chocolate is not good for them. Sugar is not good for them, it can lead to insulinoma which is a bad thing to come up against. I see raisins listed here and fresh fruit...no, no, no!! These all have natural sugars and are not good for a ferret's digestive system. They will do more harm than good. Get some ferretone/ferretvite at your local Petsmart and give that as a treat, they love it and it's better for them.

Ferrets should never have chocolate! Only raisins or peanut butter, or something that is actually good for them, like ferretone.

Do not feed your feret chocolate or caffine. Even if they beg.
Ferrets need a good diet with high protien. Cat food that is a GOOD QUALITY works, not the cheap kind because it has fillers and dyes. Good snacks for ferets are rasins, peeled or cut grapes, unsalted popcorn, peanut butter, or bananas.NO Dairy either.
