I go with a tankini, halter style or spaghetti strap sundresses are great, shorts that are not too short, tanks are fine but I dont buy them in the junior section , dont get anything with all the "teen" pics or sayings on them, capris I love, I dont wear low rise or ultra low rise, I buy the mid-rise shorts or jeans, they seem more appropriate. Short skirts or skorts are good above the knee, but not mini short. I love sleeveless tops and those wrap-type tops. It's ok to flaunt that we look good, but not in things from the junior section. We can look great and classy!

Anything does does not pull, expose your butt or midriff and does not look like it belongs to a 14 yr old should be ok, as long as you are in good shape (sounds like you are.) If you have a nice body, you can still wear a two piece, just make sure it's not too snug etc. but that rule should apply to everyone, not just people over 30, 40 etc. If you got it, flaunt it- with some common sense of course.

I always tell my mom to wear tankinis. n get the panties according to ur shape (u know if short legs, get high leg panties.. )
halter neck tankini top is really cute !! if u dont like tht, then just go for the plain spaghetti straps with support..
for the color go for a brown with a tiny lil bit of pink! to bring out the feminine touch !!

I am in my mid-20s and I wear a one-piece to swim in and sometimes a two-piece to sun bathe (which I don't do a lot of because I'm fair-skinned). No thongs.
