There are sooo many that have significant meaning. One that comes to mind is an old Jackson Browne song "Boy of Mine". I have daughters, but the words are so true to a new parent and your wishes for them as they grow to be adults.

Dark Blue - Jack's Mannequin. It's just a really touching song in my opinion. Makes me smile and cry at the same time. Reminds me of night I'd just stay inmy room and sing music for hours.

Scars - Papa Roach
because at that point in my life I was doing everything to try to keep things ok with my family. I sacrificed a part of my life to helping my parents sort out problems and many other things. I litterally 'tore my heart open'. I delt with alot of heartache and pain at that time, so I basically had to 'sew myself shut' and tell them: 'I'm sorry but I gotta move on with my own life' so I can be happy.

Tim McGraw "Walk like a Man" i like that song because it reminds me that it might not be such a bad thing that my ex husband left. One part of the song is "sins of the father are the sins of the son" and that is one thing from him that I dont want my son to have.

NIB, by black sabbath.
Why? It's an awsome love song (who cares that the name Lucifer is mentioned?! lol) and the riffs are take-me-away beautiful!
My hubby and I are learning it together on the guitar, it's my ringtone for when he calls me, and it's just all around one of my favorites.
"You were the first to have this love of mine. Forever with me till the end of time."
Oh yea, and then there's Far Behind, from Candlebox. It was one of my favorites when my best friend died, and "left me far behind." It still makes me tear up.
Lightning crashes from Live. The part "pale blue colored iris" makes me cry everytime, because both of my boys were born with blue eyes, and it makes me think of how much time has passed since I could cuddle them. lol
;o)

the song I'm To Sexy For my self. This song realy defines me because its hard to be so sexy I mean everyone hates or loves you. Sometimes when I look in the mirror I feel bad and I wish I could help non-sexy people be sexy but i just know that can never happen because they were born non-sexy(ugly).

The Impossible Dream because my life partner asked to have it played at our wedding decades ago and it represents something I would never thought would happen, meeting the man of my dreams, my soul mate, and being loved for the real me totally and completely.

I think When I Get Where I'm Goin' by Brad Paisley, it makes me think of my grandpa that passed away almost a year ago, and my boyfriend's little sister that was killed in a car accident. it's a very moving song, it has brought me to tears almost every time i hear it.
