i heard that the building replacing the twin towers will be 1700 feet tall. i also heard that they will put iraqi and muslim embassys in the building to stop terrorists. not sure but can anyone comfirm this

the american goverment might be putting up a new building they have a fund for it but they are getting plans for a new building

There is no ground zero development. six years ago the towers were destroyed. why is there nothing there already????????????

I think they should stop building new builings in New York with more than 20 floors - they are just targets waiting for attack.
Also, the water, electricty and bridge infrastructure are at risk, as are oil and gas storage sites - I don't know how they could be made safer though.

Putting Arab and Muslim embassies in the building will not deter them. The suicide bombers kill far more Iraqi Muslims than Americans. Soldiers do not congregate in market places. They will simply tell themselves that those Muslim Arabs who man the embassies are infidels.

the two towers should have just been rebuilt instead we got all kinds of politix and delays
