That would be a good start in taking out the trash.

Our military has the might to clear out Iraq in a week. Hell, one US sub today has more fire power than all of the military in WW2.
We are not winning because the politicians are not letting us. If you gave free reign of the command to the military and got congress and the press out of it... Our boys would be home for Easter.
And then, they could be used to secure the border.

We could just post a hummer, a couple of marines, and a .50 cal every hundred yards on the border, It'd probably work better.
