i am not sure that the eradication of emotion is beneficial to any human, however i can definately sympathize with your struggle with fear and anxiety. the best solution i have is to value reason. be confident that your reasonable self is strong and rightious (considering most phobias are irrational, reason is the natural 'enemy' of phobias). know that you are not subject to animalistic emotions and know that you are a rational human being and that reason will, atleast eventually, lead you to your best desicions

Get the doctor to prescribe you a beta blocker for especially nerve wracking situations. It will help control the shaking, and appearance of being nervous.

could u be a little more specific? my wife has the same trouble and i want to know if you'lls cases are similar. she is affraid of people and large crowds and of many other things, she can't say "NO" to people even when she wants to. are you like that at all? please feel free to email me to talk more because maybe we can figure this out together. i would like to help her and you as well.
