Something like that would have a government address and NOT yahoo.com.

Hi,

you may not be on the official US embassy website. Check teh official address and contact telephone numbers and enquire about visa requirements and fees. Do not pay to those people, it looks like a scam.

There is only one agency that can approve your visa to the US and the asian african coordinators ain't it. Someone else gave you a link to the US Embassy, use them for sure. They are the only ones that can approve your Visa.
