i'm br and if you like chocolate i'll give an easy and delicious recipe. it's called 'brigadeiro'... you'll need/;
-1 can of sweetened condensed milk;
-1 tablespoon of butter;
-3 tablespoons of that chocolate powder that people drink with milk( you can put powdered chocalate);
-chocolate sprinkles

On the stove: Put all the ingredients (except for the sprinkles) in a pan and mix them well. Put it on the stove, on medium-low heat. Stir continuously(this is very important... don't ever stop). If you want a creamy brigadeiro, cook until desired thickness is reached. For a birthday party, cook it until it gets so thick that you can see the bottom of the pan while stirring it.

In the microwave: Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them well. Place it in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes. Stir it and put it on high heat for an additional 3 minutes. When ready stir it until the bubbles are gone and you will have creamy brigadeiro. If you want to roll it for a party, microwave for an additional 3 minutes on high heat. NOTE: The time can vary depending on your microwave.Sometimes it does not work on microwave.... i suggest using the pan.

to make the balls you can make the cream very thick. Wait until the cream is cold. Roll it into small ball shapes and cover them with chocolate sprinkles. Serve in small cupcake holders.Or you can just forget the sprinkles and eat it with a spoon.... just wait for the cream to be cold

BRAZILIAN ORANGE FLAN

Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
equal ammount of freshly squeezed orange juice
3 eggs
1 tsp orange zest(fresh)
1 cup sugar for caramel sauce
1 8 inch ring mold

Directions:
For caramel sauce: put 1 cup sugar in the ring mold. Place the mold directly over medium heat. With a wooden spoon, keep stirring the sugar as it melts. Be extra careful as this gets VERY HOT. After the sugar melts into a golden caramel, spoon it up the sides of the mold.

Let it cool while preparing the flan.
Combine the condensed milk, orange juice, orange zest and eggs in a blender. Mix until smooth. Pour this mixture into the prepared mold and place it in the center of a cookie sheet. Add about an inch of water to the cookie sheet. Bake the pudding for about one hour at 325 to 350 degree oven. It will depend on your oven. The pudding will turn golden brown on top and start separating from the sides of the mold.

Let it cool to room temp. and place in refrigerator, preferably overnight or for at least 6 hrs.

Just before serving, run the tip of a knife around the inside of the mold. Place a deep platter over the mold and invert. The pudding will slide out easily. If not, give the mold a firm but careful shake. Spoon the caramel sauce on top and serve. Serves about 10.

It can be easily doubled if you want a bigger pudding.
