I have windows vista home prem and when I try to upload on youtube the process bar is at 100% but it doesnt take me to the next step. Also when I tried to upload a pic on tinypic it wouldnt show the pic it showed a white box with a red x in it. Can anyone help me?

I have adware :) and also my computer came with internet exploer 7 so I dont want to download firefox since its for mac I believe.

Probably browser related - not Vista.
Try downloading Mozilla Firefox and see if it works.
Or see if there are any updates for your IE (I don't know if you can revert back).
Make sure you have adaware personal (free from lavasoft.com) it takes care of a lot of internet related problems (slowdown, etc) due to spyware/malware/adware.
