Tort reform. Making college more affordable so doctors wouldn't have to pay off loand for years and years. limit free healthcare available to non-citizens. if i go to a foreign country and can't afford the docorts, good night gracie! probaby most importantly, make healthy food available to poor people. if the government is gonna give food stamps, make sure they can be use to buy healthy foods. unfortunately, fresh fruits and vegetables are frequently out of poor peoples price range so they opt for quantity rather thn quality. completely understandable under the circumstances. nationalizing healthcare would make the system even worse than it already is i think. an nice feel-good idea, but utterly impractical.
