If you give me an address I can send you a brand new still packaged gigapet. I have children and I know how much those annoying toys mean. Legal action no probably not, but you can stop payment on the money order.

I think you should take action, not because of 12 dollars, but because thats not the way business is done, and so she need to learn a lesson, but not a lesson that would result in jail or anything serious, just try to get a compensation, probally not more than $500 i suppose, if the law will allow you to claim that through court and if its ebay, they have insurance for the products, so you should be able to get some reparation done

If you used Ebay or another auction site, complain through them. I believe the minimum amount required for a legal claim is $20. One tip, use Paypal in the future, they are very pro-payer. If you file a complaint, Paypal is highly inclined to refund money to the one who complained, placing the burden of proof on the seller.

Sorry that this happened to you.

Hello, Skyler. I think if your cousin means that much to you, I think you should take legal action, but since it's just $12 dollars, I think you should just let the parents handle it. I don't if it will work out well, but wouldn't hurt to try. That may get your $12 dollars back.

I dont know much about the law but if you have proof that you sent the money (and she got it) and that they are willingly keeping your money and the item then I think you can. I can not really tell you to take legal action or not.

Since attorneys charge anywhere from $100.00 per hour to $1,000.00 per hour, I'd have to let it blow over if I were you.

Oh, and filing a small claim on your own will run maybe $60.00 to $120.00 just as a filing fee for the court. Not worth it.

Well, you can't really take legal action without any money - and for 12 $ it probably wouldn't work. But you could always complain to ebay and see what they say.

i think you should take illegal action bye tracking this person down. then when you find her you should beat her up and take your money back and then take a little more cash for the disappointment that you didn't get your giga pet

well if you have proff then you could take legal action. The only problem, is that you'd have to go to small claims court which would probably cost you. Where I live it cost 100 dollars to file for small claims.

Let it go. Court fees will be more then 12 bucks. Let this be a lesson for you. Trust no one when it comes to money.
